Please Pass the Tex-Mex

This week Today's Housewife is posting Tex-Mex Recipes! This Texas girl's mouth is watering! Here is a great dip for parties!

Fiesta Bean Dip

1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped (or onion powder)
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1-10 oz can rotel
1-15 oz can pinto beans, mashed
1 lb Velveeta

Brown meat with onion. Add taco seasoning and amount of water suggested on package. Add Rotel tomotoes, beans, and cheese. Heat thoroughly. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or keep warm in crock pot.
