I have been procrastinating with LilE's hair. She has the sweetest little curls. Mimi tells me that when she cut my hair as a toddler, the curls disappeared. I have not been ready to deal with losing her curls. But after pulling tangle after tangle out of her hair, I decided I could not let her suffer anymore. And since I was planning to get my hair cut, what better time than now to talk it up! "LilE is going to be a big girl and get her hair cut like Mommy!"
She watched for about a minute as I got mine cut. Then it was her turn. She wanted to be such a big girl and sit on the booster seat. She was amazing! Loved every minute of being pampered! (I look forward to the days to come of girls day out!) Daddy and I couldn't believe how big she looked sitting in that chair. Maybe it was something about her hair being super straight after it was combed over and over. Maybe it is because she really is growing up.
PS-She only had about an inch cut off the back. Looks like the curls are still around!!

Little E looks so cute! They are just such big girls now! You don't like how your hair lady styles your hair? I always feel like mine never looks as good as when mine does it. Well, post some pictures after you style it. :)

What a big girl! I can't believe how much she has changed in the last year. She looks so different with straight hair. But, like you, I hope she can keep her precious curls for a while longer!
