Whistlin' Dixie

This is what Little E's doctor said after he listened to her this afternoon. She has had a cough for the last 5 + weeks. Two rounds of antibiotics haven't touched it! Yesterday she was sitting in her highchair and we could here her wheezing. So CMC got a call from us this morning. She was started on breathing treatments (at least 3 times a day) and an inhaled steroid to help prevent her from having any more attacks of the wheezing in the future. We go back next Tuesday to see how he thinks she is doing.
The master bath project has started! Daddy works best with deadlines. Guess he likes the pressure to get it all done (a man thing, I guess). So Saturday and Sunday he pulled up the linoleum in the bath...oh my! There is mold everywhere! No wonder it smells musty after showers!! He went to the local Home Depot and they told him how to clean it all up. Man, does our house stink!! I am kinda in limbo as to the smell I would rather take in...moldy mess or strong bleach. I think we are moving into the office for the next couple of days to air out our room.
But with all the drama, Little E is a great joy to have. Here are some pics of her playing peek-a-boo. We have figured out when she starts playing games, lunch/dinner is about over!

Daddy was giving her some dried bananas and strawberries during lunch today. They are a little on the tart side. We started laughing when she would squint her eyes after eating a strawberry and then it became another game. Check out those teeth! You can see the 5th one peeking it's head out!
