You have heard me say it before, but we are baseball fans. You would think that after 5 years of living here we would have made the trip to the ballpark, but we haven't. Mimi and Pop were coming into town and we thought, since they love baseball too, that we would take them out for our first game.We got tickets from an intern at church who also works for the team. We got there a bit early and got to meet some of the players, complete with autographed ball. Hard to pass up a cute little girl.
LilE was constantly looking for "that green thing" aka the team mascot. Funny. But she did get her picture made with him.
And I think she loved the food the most of all! She ate...
and ate...
and ate...
and ate...
It was a fun night, even if they lost, that ended with a fireworks show! Bonus! LilE's head finally hit the pillow at midnight. And she was up again at 7:30 am! Yikes!

How fun, before the Greenville Drive we had the Greenville Braves and we would always get ice cream in a baseball hat when I was a kid too!

i love the greenville drive!! thats so cool you got an auotgraphed ball emma!!! the food is really good there!! hard to pass up baseball food(especially during your first game!!
