Kangaroo

For about a week LilE has been wanting to do a kangaroo craft. Not sure where she got the kangaroo idea, but day after day she asked. We finally had some down time and she said she wanted to paint a kangaroo.

Why not?

She had a 3-color limit. I told her how to paint with one color, wash the brush, then paint with another color. That lasted through, let me see, one color. Maybe. So the paint was now an army green color. Then she started to paint her fingers and make finger prints on the kangaroo. Which was quickly followed by more finger painted that turned into hand painting. Whatever.


Here is the final masterpiece after LOTS of drying time. Isnt' she proud?
