Rudy (Daddy's little sister) and Doug were spending the weekend in the Metroplex this past weekend with Doug's brother (Jay), brother (Jeff), and wife (Sasha). They were sitting around the table outside after dinner. The centerpiece of the table, an elegant fire bowl, exploded after adding the gel to make it burn. Sasha was hit and burned on her face, neck, and arms, totalling about 20% of her body. She is in the ICU Burn Unit at Parkland in Dallas.Sasha has her first surgery tomorrow, Wednesday, at 10:00 am. Please pray for the surgery to go well. Pray for Sasha's healing and for her husband, Jeff, as he is supporting her throughout this time.
Pray also for Ruth and Doug as they are staying down there right now. Pray for them to show the Lord's strength to the family at this time.
