I have been pulling ideas out of magazines for the past few months and had all kinds of tricks and ideas up my sleeve for Father's Day (we will save some for next year). Unfortunately, Father's Day arrived the weekend after Summer Spectacular. Daddy was super busy, as were LilE and I. AND we were dog tired after being in overdrive all week. We had family come into town on Saturday and therefore, nothing happened that week to celebrate Daddy's Day. I am a bad wife. We (and by we I mean, Daddy) grilled out for lunch (that is kinda like cooking my own lunch on Mother's Day--sorry Daddy!). We decided Father's Day would be the start of all our festivities.We have been reading books about Daddies since the beginning of June.
