Poop Boots

Back at Christmas, Lil E received a new pair of poop boots from Green Pastures (GP). Look at the name--yes, they live on a farm! Therefore, it is essential to have your own pair (or borrow a pair) of poop boots! Most of us can share and get within a size or two, but Lil E is 10 years younger than everyone else, so that doesn't really work for her. So GP decorated up a sweet pair for the little girl.

Unfortunately, when we were home for Christmas at GP, we had one sick girl and therefore did not get to put them to good use... until now! We recently had the yard aerated and seeded for new grass, which means there are big clay plugs EVERYWHERE. Who wants to turn her white shoes red? No this mommy! Perfect, we have boots! Lil E wears a size 6 shoes and the boots are a size 8. For easy slip on and off, this is the norm to be a tad bit on the big side. Oh, but Lil E was not too fond of this...

But after much coercing, a change of clothes, and a dirty yellow/orange ball, we are now much happier!
