Life Group

Beginning back in August we began meeting with a Life Group from church. What is a Life Group you ask? It is a small group that gets together to meet the needs of other believers: Bible study, accountability, and fellowship to name a few. It is a discussion based group that can be made up of only believers for Christian growth, or it can be a mixture of believers, seekers, and non-Christians.

We are currently meeting with two other couples. The first study we went through was called Great Beginnings. Since then finding a curriculum to meet our sporadic schedule has not been easy the last two months with mission trips and the holidays. We have enjoyed getting to know one another more over dinner and devotions.

Little E goes with us. We have a middle school girl come with us and her hour of service within the church is playing with Little E. Knowing Mommy and Daddy are in the house makes the job for Nay Nay so much harder! Usually they end up playing in the room where we are talking.

As seen before, Little E has a love for glasses. Even reading glasses. One night she crawled up in Khaki's lap and started reading the Bible. Daddy was leading the week she did it. When he looked up and saw her he lost it! She looked up at him and had this serious look in her eyes as if saying, "What's so funny Daddy?"

How precious to learn the importance of God's Word so early in life. Blessings on her parents for setting the example.
