Sunday-Little E feeling fine and no fever. To church we will go. Pick her up and Teacher says, "She feels warm." Eat lunch, take nap, wake up...burning hot (near 104 hot)! Starts sounding hoarse. Starts feeling cruddy. Take a bath. Breathing treatment. Go to bed. Wake up at 11pm. Sound like a barking seal. Mommy says, "she has croup." Long night making sure Little E is still breathing!!
Monday morning-Call doctor. Go in. Sure 'nough. She has croup. Lots of cuddling all day. Start steroids. Oh. My.
Tuesday-Whining. Never. Stops.
Wednesday-Whining. Really. Never. Stops. Go to dinner at church. Still. Whining. Last dose of steroids at bedtime. Praise Jesus!!
Thursday-New baby wakes up. So happy to have Little E back! So! Happy!
Friday-Mommy and Daddy have date night. KT comes to play with Little E. This is what KT teaches Little E:
Saturday-Daddy spends the day putting up a new glass door. Why? I love it! Daddy lets Little E help. We also had some "working men" come to help.
Then finished the evening with dinner with friends, a trip to the pool, and ice cream. Great ending to a LONG week.
