For as long as I can remember I have had two sisters, not biological, but who says they have to be to get the title? One older, C, and one younger, J. We have had lots of memories together: Playing under the magnolia tree (still looking for the picture to post), Little House on the Prairie, J.A.M., youth functions, mission trips, etc., etc. I have had the privilege of standing next to each of them on their wedding day, and they have done the same for me. So with this past weekend being another wedding, we were all together again.
J, Mommy, C
J and her husband had to return home, but C and her two little girls were still in town on New Years Eve. So the three of them came over to party with us (C's husband also had to return home). We got the girls together for a picture and I heard Pop say, "Looks like three other little girls I know." Nearly made me cry taking a picture of my daughter and her friends. I hope that soon J will have a little one to add as well.
Three New Little Girls
These two precious friends mean the world to me. They are friends where you are always close at heart even if we are living far away. (should I write Hallmark cards? Ha!) Seriously, the greatest girls with the strongest faith! I love them to death!

I don't know why your blog always makes me cry, but it does. I have a couple of friends like this from childhood. No matter how far apart we are and how long we go without talking, we always pick up where we left off. Thanks for sharing this!!
That was very sweet. There is just something about your "growing up friends" isn't there? Kinda warms your heart! Those two little girls withe the GREAT names are GORGEOUS!!!!! (you already know how I feel about Emma)
Deja vue(?) I believe I've seen that before. It is hard to believe that the original sweet little girls have their own sweet little girls.......Remember, True friends are friends forever!!
What grand girls!!! Ok, now I am crying over those pics...I dearly love every one of all those girls. Stay friends forever!
I loved the pics and your messages for them. I am really crying.
Love ya Kendra! Wish we could have stayed and hung with y'all on New years eve. Thanks for being a great friend. I have that under the tree pic on my bookshelf!
