Inspiration

Remember why Little E crawled for the first time? I will remind you; it was Libby. We were over at the Brooks' the other night and of course, she still loves Libby. And the Brooks' say she loves Little E (who wouldn't?). So we captured a moment. And I wasn't 100% accurate on what kind of dog Libby is. She is part Golden Retriever, part Chow. It may not be long before Little E is chasing after her. She (Little E) has already started to "cruise" a little. She doesn't go too far from her starting point, but she is moving. She has also started to explore the house (via crawling) from room to room, where before she was just staying in the room where she sat down. It is so fun to watch her learn!

Beth, I can tell you that Kendra was NOT a dog lover. At a very early age she was frightened by a large dog while outside playing. When a dog was around Kendra was usually screaming. Ask her about the afternoon that the entire neighborhood came running to her screams. Emma looks very content to be around dogs! Maybe the "fear" factor hasn't kicked in yet.

What a sweet-looking dog with a sweet-looking girl!
I love all the other pictures, too, with the beautiful fall colors and cute Emma faces.
