Oh How I Love Apples

Today we went with Nonnie up to Sky Top (that makes 2 trips for me in the last 6 days). We learned last Monday that Little E really likes apples. So we brought the video camera along for the ride this time. If you listen carefully you can hear her bottom teeth scraping the apple. It was too funny! Later we cut the apple up into chunks and fed it to her with the Munchkin's Fresh Food Feeder. She mainly sucked the juice out, but the chunks were shrinking!

**video coming shortly, please check back**

After we finished at the orchard, we headed north on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was beautiful! We believe we hit it on the peak weekend! Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. The leaves around here are now starting to fall. So next year if you want to visit and see the fall folliage, mid to late October is your best bet!

Little E had a great time with her Nonnie! Friday Nonnie stayed with her while Daddy worked. One-on-one time is always great! I already told you what we did on Saturday. Sunday was a church day, so busy as always. Little E took a great nap in the afternoon because she can't sleep in the nursery, too much going on. And Monday morning we just played around the house and went to lunch before the sad trip to the airport. But Christmas is getting closer! We will be home in less than 2 months!!

I have learned that whether its 2 days or 10 days grandparents just appreciate the visit--GREAT pics with Nonnie--and your fall foliage tour

So glad that Emma loves her grandparents. Glad that Emma got her nonnie, mimi and pop "fix" this month. Can't wait until next time!

What a "wonderful" trip! Thank you for the pictures. This one kind of lets me hug her all over again.
Thankful that Christmas time is not too far away. Cain't wait for more hugs.

Sorry, "cain't" was a mistake, not an Oklahoma slang.
