Construction Zone

Our house is a mess!! But it is a great feeling to know that the work we have wanted to do for so long is actually happening. Daddy and friend J moved all the appliances, tore out quarter round, and pulled up linoleum yesterday in the kitchen and the hall bath. Daddy later in the evening finished prepping the hall bath. It is ready for new flooring! I am trying to put up everything that was on the fridge, in the dryer, etc. so the house doesn't feel too much like a construction zone where it is not! (pretty lame contribution, huh?)

In the above picture, between the cabinets on the floor is the backing to the linoleum. Daddy will have to scrap all that and the glue before he can lay the tile down! I love my husband! It is so great that he is handy and can do projects like this.
