Texas, Our Texas

June 15-24, Little E and I make the flight to the homeland, Texas. Little E did great on the plane. We were home for KV's wedding. Daddy joined me on Friday night. The wedding was beautiful. We wish K and B the very best.

Saturday-Tuesday we were in Wichita Falls visiting Daddy's family. Little E was able to meet all of her aunts, uncles, cousins, and even went on a roadtrip to Chickasha, OK to visit her Great-Grandma IB.

Tuesday night we returned to Cleburne. We had a big family shin-dig with Mommy's family. Little E met even more family that night. She did great with all the hugs and kisses from everyone who loves her so much. (Little E is with her Great-Grandma VS and cousin W)

Wednesday, Little E got her first dip in the pool. She didn't love it or hate it. Hopefully she will become a fish like her mommy. That night we had to say good-bye to Daddy. He had to head back home to South Carolina to work. Summer is a busy time for the children's ministery!

Thursday-Saturday I spent the time hanging out by the pool. It was much needed time with family. Mommy got her favorite Mexican food at Mi Charrito Ray! Tasty!

The week was so wonderful! Time flies by though when you are having a great time. We will make our next venture out to the homeland at Christmas.
